Abstract

L'invention concerne une matière d'emballage destinée à un dispositif d'emballage utilisé dans l'industrie alimentaire, de préférence pour la fabrication de cornets de crème glacée et de paquets formés utilisés dans de nombreuses applications. Cette matière d'emballage comprend au moins une couche de papier de base à base de cellulose de pâte de sulfate blanchie, cette couche de papier de base étant pourvue d'une couche intérieure renfermant une dispersion anionique d'une cire et de paraffine avec un copolymère, et d'une couche extérieure renfermant au moins un revêtement avec un mélange de kaolin et de calcaire. La couche de papier de base comprend entre 60 et 80 % en masse d'une cellulose coniférienne de pâte de sulfate blanchie et entre 20 et 40 % en masse d'une cellulose de feuillu de pâte de sulfate blanchie, avec des composants contenant entre 5 et 25 % en masse de calcaire, entre 0,5 et 2,0 % en masse de fécule de pomme de terre cationique, et entre 0,5 et 2,0 % en masse d'un agent de collage à base de résine polyamide, la masse chargée des composants correspondant à la masse de cellulose totale.
