Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés améliorant la perception d'une image électronique et réduisant la fatigue due à un visionnement prolongé. Selon l'invention, le procédé de formation d'un éclairage externe consiste en ce qui suit: on crée un éclairage externe en plaçant un cadre rectangulaire ou autre sur le périmètre d'un écran de télévision ou d'un écran d'ordinateur. Le cadre contient des sources de lumière bleue et bleu clair. On analyse la luminosité de l'image affichée et l'intensité de la lumière ambiante et, en fonction des résultats obtenus, on régule l'intensité de l'éclairage externe à partir d'une télécommande ou automatiquement. Les sources de lumière sont disposées de manière à éviter d'éblouir l'image à l'écran.
