Abstract

Procédé de modification thermique de matières de revêtement électriquement au moins semi-conductrices, qui consiste à soumettre lesdites matières sous forme solide à un champ alternatif électromagnétique jusqu'à ce que la chauffe par induction entraîne la modification thermique. La présente invention concerne en outre un objet pourvu d'un revêtement en matière électriquement au moins semi-conductrice déposé sur un corps de base pouvant être chauffé tout au plus légèrement par l'induction de courants de Foucault. Ledit corps de base est constitué uniquement d'une matière pouvant être chauffée sans subir de modifications seulement jusqu'à une température prédéterminée, en particulier à stabilité de forme, et la matière de revêtement présente une propriété modifiée par chauffe à une température inférieure à la température prédéterminée.
