Abstract

The present invention relates to regulatory elements for tissue specific, in particular pollen specific, expression of genes of interest in plants. The invention also relates to methods to obtain transgenic plants which show pollen specific expression of genes of interest and to methods for isolating pollen specific genes and/or pollen specific regulatory elements.
