Abstract

The process comprises various fabrication phases for the fabrication of flock-paper bags, comprised of a paper base which is covered with a layer of synthetic fibers which are adhered to the paper base; the paper base is serigraphied and printed with commercial patterns, both in offset and in flexography. The process is characterized in that it starts with a first step (1) for preparing the paper used in the fabrication of the bags, the paper having a grammage between 80 and 300 grammes, generally rolled or laminated, and which is serigraphied and sized on one of its faces (step 2) and in a third step (3) a bath of synthetic fibers of polyamide, rayon, flock-cotton and the like to increase the specific resistance of the paper used and to create the differentiated material base which is printed, prior to or after the flocking of the paper.
