Abstract

Described is a climatisation system for heating and cooling a vehicle seat (1). A pipe (4) is embedded in the seat cushion filling material (Molitan Reg. TM) (5) or laid in channels therein, both in the backrest (2) and in the horizontal seat part (3). The pipe (4) lies directly underneath the surface covering, or padding, of the seat. A heating or cooling medium is passed through the pipe (4) as required. The system may be attached to an existing climate control unit in a vehicle.

Technical area
The object of technical solution is arrangement for heating and cooling of car seat by pipe, in which flow of heating or cooling medium, pipe itself bay in molitan car seat filling.
Current state of technics
In last time car seat are heated or cooled by system of fans. Heating of seatsis realized by electric heat system, which is heated heating medium transported by fans into construction of seat This system of climatisation of seat is finomtialy very expensive and technical complicated. With the exception of this the climatisation system is tasten to definite type of seat
The object of technical solution was proposal of climatisation system which will be universal and by which be removed current schortages of that.
Essence of technical solution
T ie above mention schortages are removed by proposed technical solution for heatings and cooling of seats, which is so universal and its metter is in the pipe which lays in molitan filling of seat and in which circulated heating or cooling medium from climatisation set The pipe by which circulated heating or cooling medium is plowed in seat filling which advantage in cascade or in spirale. In seat construction itself is pipe by which circulated heating or cooling medium situated by two ways. By the first way is a pipe directly glneol to molitan filling. By the second way is a pipe lay down in a channel in molitan filling of seat. An advantage of the second way is less complicated dismantling way, which my has some leakedyes. Molitan filling in seat is mininum of 0.5 cm.
The above technical solution of system for heating or cooling of seat is so universal, because it may be connected to any type of climatisation set and to any type of seat also. Is is not expencive, technicaly unpretentions and it is possibele to manulature by simple way for any type of seats.

On Fig.3 is a cross - section in level B - B of horizontal seat 3_of seat 1, in which in molitan filling 5_is located spiral 4.

Claims
1. Climatisation set for heating and cooling o which is characterized out as in molitan filling (5) of back - rest (2) and horizontal seat (3) of seat (1) and there is located pipe (4) connected to climatisation set with circulation mudium.
2. Climatisation set by the claim 1 which is charakterized out white the pipe (4) is in militan filling (5) of back - rest (2) and horizontal seat (3) of seat (1) is instated in spiral.
3. Climatisation set by the claim 1 which is charakterized out white the pipe (4) is in molitan filling (5) of back - rest (2) and horizontal seat (3) of seat (1) is instated in cascade.
4. Climatisation set by the claim 2 or 3 which is charakterized out white the pipe (4) which is glned on molitan filing (5) of back - rest (2) and horizontal seat (3) of seat (1).
5. Climatisation set by the claim 2 or 3 which is charakterized out white molitan filling (5) in which is located a chanel (6) whith pipe (4)
6. Climatisation set by whichever from points 1 to 5, which is marked out by molitan filling (5) and pipe (4) design in back - rest (2) and horizontal seat (3) of seat (1) is minimum 0.5. cm.
