Abstract

Le procédé de l'invention consiste en ce qui suit: préparer un anesthésique à base de xénon; effectuer une anesthésie de type partiel et réversible en décontaminant les mélanges gazeux aux stades d'inspiration et d'expiration; absorber CO2 et H2O contenus dans le mélange expiré; renvoyer ce mélange au stade d'inspiration et éventuellement éliminer la partie en excès, puis collecter le mélange expiré après anesthésie; recycler le xénon par adsorption désorption; séparer les composés organiques et fluorés dans des getters en effectuant un contrôle analytique du xénon; et réinjecter le xénon recyclé au stade de préparation de l'anesthésique. L'équipement contient un appareil de narcose, une cartouche de rechange remplie d'adsorbant, un complexe de recyclage de xénon et une cryopompe. L'appareil de narcose comprend des sources de gaz comprimés, équipées de débitmètres, un évaporateur de composés fluorés liquides, un analyseur de la composition des anesthésiques, des filtres bactéricides et un absorbeur de CO2 et d'H2O. L'unité de recyclage de xénon comprend un désorbeur, une pompe à vide, un appareil à remplissage par getter, une bouteille de récupération du xénon régénéré et un chromatographe. La source de xénon comprimé, la cartouche et la bouteille sont installées sur une balance électronique. L'invention permet une utilisation multiple du xénon tout en minimisant les pertes de ce gaz et offre la possibilité d'employer une seule unité de recyclage pour plusieurs cliniques.
