Abstract
The invention concerns an illuminating pattern-bearing frame made of insulating material, consisting of a support frame (5) whereof all the accessible parts are made of a synthetic insulating material, said support frame being preferably formed in one single piece by injection casting comprising elements for fast fixing (8, 9) of light conduits (2). The invention is designed for providing temporary or permanent light decorations, and particularly for outdoor decorations, such as those traditionally installed for festivities and other like celebrations. It can also have other numerous applications, such as for advertising or for shop window animation.

Cadre porte motif d'illumination en matériau isolant, destiné à la réalisation de décorations lumineuses temporaires ou permanentes, et en particulier de décorations situées à l'extérieur, telles que celles installées traditionnellement pour les fêtes ou autres manifestations, constitué d'un cadre support (5) recevant des ampoules électriques indépendantes ou des conduits lumineux (2) constitués de petites ampoules (6) enrobées dans des éléments de section circulaire ou rectangulaire, en matière synthétique flexible et transparente, caractérisé en ce que toutes les parties accessibles du cadre support (5) sont réalisées en matériau isolant, de manière à correspondre aux normes de sécurité permettant une alimentation électrique sans conducteur de terre.1.
