Abstract

La présente invention concerne des perfectionnements apportés à des procédés et un appareil mis en oeuvre pour la commande par utilisation de champs et de dispositifs de commande qui réalisent un environnement de machine virtuelle et qui communiquent via un réseau en protocole Internet. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, un tel dispositif de champ peut être un émetteur 'intelligent' ou un actionneur qui inclut un processeur basse puissance, en même temps qu'une mémoire RAM, un mémoire ROM, FlashRAM et une interface détecteur. Le processeur peut exécuter un système d'exploitation temps réel aussi bien qu'une machine virtuelle Java (JVM). Le code octal Java s'exécute dans la JVM de façon à configurer le dispositif de champ pour réaliser certaines fonctions de commande de processus typique, notamment la commande de dérivée intégrale proportionnelle (PID) et le conditionnement du signal.
