Abstract

La présente invention concerne, d'une part un procédé permettant de négocier des actifs sur un marché, et d'autre part un procédé permettant la création de titres matérialisant ces actifs. Les actifs concernés sont essentiellement les oeuvres d'art, les droits attachés à la propriété intellectuelle, les droits de propriété attachés aux valeurs immobilières, les droits d'exploitation pétrolière, les droits miniers et les droits relatifs à l'eau. A cet effet, on est amené à intervenir en plusieurs temps. Une fois qu'on a choisi le support à utiliser pour la vente des actifs, notamment l'Internet, on vérifie la valeur de ces actifs, et on les répartit en lots. On met en vente ces lots via le support, et on recherche le détenteur maître des droits sur cet actif. Le détenteur maître est amené à distribuer les dividendes aux codétenteurs à hauteur de la part détenue. On vérifie périodiquement le détenteur majoritaire. On amène ensuite le détenteur majoritaire à exiger le transfert de maîtrise sur l'actif et/ou la possession de l'actif.
