Abstract

The present invention can be used for distributing a gaseous liquid from a vessel containing a pressurized liquid. The cap-siphon of the present invention includes a body comprising a reception site for ensuring connection to the neck of the vessel as well as a cavity defined at the top by a membrane. The cavity of the nozzle communicates with the cavity of the body, while a rod with a valve is provided on the lower side of the membrane. The valve is coupled to the seat of an opening which is formed at the bottom and which communicates with a pipe. The body includes a safety cap as well as a ferrule in its lower part. The valve can be made in the shape of a truncated cone which is connected to the rod by the smaller base and has a conicity angle higher than 0° but lower than 90°. A sealing ring is also provided either in the seat or in the valve. The lower part of the bottom is provided with a sealing cone or an annular gasket. This invention also relates to a method for forming a valve for this cap-siphon, wherein said method involves placing the rod connected to the membrane in the opening at the bottom of the body cavity in the area of the valve seat; the end of the rod is then heated and the valve is formed by repeating the shape of the seat. The cooled end of the rod is then pressed slightly using an instrument having a temperature lower than the fusion temperature of the rod material.
