Abstract
Cette invention concerne un dispositif qui permet d'effectuer des électrophorèses en gel sous-marines, à grande vitesse et se suivant immédiatement dans un appareil à gel traditionnel sans devoir changer de tampon. L'eau de refroidissement (4), qui est maintenue dans un conteneur pour liquides (14), est placée sur la surface supérieure d'une matrice de gel (22) afin d'absorber la chaleur provenant tant de la matrice de gel que du tampon de l'appareil à gel traditionnel. L'eau de refroidissement peut ainsi être changée rapidement pour chaque électrophorèse, tandis que le tampon reste dans l'appareil à gel traditionnel pendant les multiples électrophorèses en gel sous-marines, à grande vitesse et consécutives.
