Abstract

Es wird eine Röstvorrichtung und damit durchführbare Röstverfahren zur Verfügung gestellt, deren einzelne Vorrichtungsmerkmale und Verfahrensschritte gegenüber dem Stand der Technik dadurch optimiert ausgebildet sind, dass eine Röstvorrichtung aus einem Rösttrichter (7) besteht, in den über ein Druckgebläse (1) durch ein Heizelement (4) ein erwärmter Röstluftstrom vertikal von unten durch ein Zuluftrohr (31) und einen Siebboden (6) geführt ist und die eine Wiegevorrichtung aufweist, wobei der Rösttrichter (7) oder ein darin frei beweglich aufgehängtes Trichtersieb an oder auf einer Wiegevorrichtung an einem Vorrichtungsgestell (16) angeordnet ist.
