Abstract

Procédé servant à effectuer l'adhérence d'un tuyau spiralé utilisé en tant que conduit de vidange ou canalisation d'eau, et consistant à améliorer la forme en I de la résine adhésive en une forme en H, de façon à augmenter le coefficient de rigidité ou le coefficient de rigidité annulaire. On utilise un matériau tel que du polyéthylène afin d'obtenir un profil rectangulaire présentant une cavité pleine ou vide. On effectue une alimentation en résine au moyen d'un dispositif auxiliaire d'extrusion afin d'envelopper le profil selon une forme de H, de sorte que les profils adhèrent l'un à l'autre. Etant donné que la couche de résine adhésive présente une forme de H, le profil peut supporter la pression, l'impact et la charge extérieurs, est protégé contre la rupture et améliore considérablement son coefficient de rigidité. Ce procédé permet de réaliser une économie basée sur l'allongement de la durée de vie du produit et d'obtenir un aspect esthétique.
