Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme automatique à double bobine qui comprend ce qui suit: deux bobines occupant une première position, celle d'avancement du fil de couture, et une deuxième position, celle de rembobinage du fil, respectivement, la bobine en première position facilitant la couture au moyen du fil de couture déroulé depuis une bobine en première position, et la bobine en deuxième position facilitant le rembobinage à mesure que le fil avance et s'enroule autour de cette bobine; deux boîtiers de bobine dont chacun contient une bobine, respectivement, ainsi qu'un trou d'avancement de fil qui permet au fil alimenté de passer à travers le trou d'avancement, une aiguille facilitant le passage du fil à travers ce trou; un système rotatif permutant les positions des bobines en faisant pivoter les bobines de 180°; un système de transfert de fil transférant le fil alimenté depuis la bobine en première position vers la bobine en deuxième position, qui se trouve dans le boîtier de bobine, et ce après le pivotement et la permutation des positions des bobines, ce qui permet d'alimenter le fil en direction de la bobine en deuxième position; une partie d'entraînement de bobine qui fait tourner la bobine en deuxième position; et une enveloppe renfermant les deux boîtiers de bobine.
