Abstract

Zur Messung der Übertragungsgüte in Netzen, in denen Nutzdaten übertragen werden, werden Meßsymbole mittels wenigstens einer einspeisenden Messeinrichtung in das Netz eingekoppelt und von wenigstens einer auskoppelnden Messeinrichtung aus dem Netz ausgekoppelt. Dann werden die Meßsymbole empfangen und ausgewertet. Die Meßsymbole weisen eine geringere Datenrate als die Nutzdaten auf. Mittels der einspeisenden Messeinrichtung werden die Meßsymbole durch ein Bandspreizverfahren in ihrer Leistungsdichte herabgesetzt und in ihrer Bandbreite vergrößert und dann den Signalen der Nutzdaten überlagert und mit diesen übertragen. Schließlich werden die Meßsymbole mittels der auskoppelnden Messeinrichtung invers in ihrer Bandbreite verkleinert und in ihrer Leistungsdichte heraufgesetzt.
