Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Aufbereitung des Wasserkreislaufes von Papiermaschinen, bei dem von dem aus der Papiermaschine austretenden Abwasser die Feststoffe abgetrennt und das gereinigte Wasser und ein Teil der Feststoffe dem Prozess erneut zugeführt wird, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Abwasser in einem ersten Abtrennverfahrensschritt in eine Faserstoff-Fraktion und eine Feinstoff-Fraktion getrennt wird, wobei die Faserstoff-Fraktion wieder dem Produktionsprozess zugeführt wird; die Feinstoff-Fraktion einem zweiten getrennten Abtrennverfahrensschritt unterzogen wird, in dem die Feinstoffe aus dem Wasser abgetrennt werden, wobei ein einstellbar Anteil wieder dem Produktionsprozess zugeführt wird; und wahlweise vor dem zweiten Abtrennverfahrensschritt Hilfsmittel zudosiert werden, die in dem zweiten Abtrennverfahrensschritt die Abtrennung und Entfernung von gelösten, kollodialen oder anderen Störstoffen erlauben, die dann ganz oder teilweise aus dem Produktionsprozess geführt werden. Die Erfindung ermöglicht einen sehr flexiblen Betrieb des Wasserkreislaufsystems einer Papiermaschine und damit eine erhebliche Produktionsoptimierung durch die Möglichkeit des einstellbaren Feinstoffanteils im Papierproduktionsprozess sowie die zeitweise Ausschläusung von Störstoffen, was eine Reduzierung der Störstoff-Ablagerungen in der Papiermaschine erlaubt.
