Abstract

'Practical Packing for Pizza' made of two parts; Oven (A) and lid (B) having thermal and absorbing qualities such that the oven (A) is made of expanded polystyrene or similar material, consists of a tray whose base (1) has a diameter little smaller than its upper border (2) having parallel relieves (4, 5) in its inner face (3) spaced so as to form a cavity which functions as a seal when the lid, having perforations (7) in a semi circle to enable its opening by the customer, is put in place.

"Practical Packing for Pizza" characterised by comprising an Oven (A) made of expanded polystyrene tray or similar material, with parallel relieves (4) (5) located in the inner face of tray border (3) and spaced between them, creating a small cavity (6) to enable the lid fitting (B), made of card board with semi circle purl (7) to facilitate its opening.
2. "Practical Packing for Pizza", according to the first claim to protect this model in its final production oven (A) + lid (B) in any shape other than the traditional round, square, hexagonal and ocotogonal ones.
3. "Practical Packing for Pizza", according to claims 1 and 2 due to the fact of protecting this new fastening system hereor for any food packings, watsoever namelly fast foods and half-ready (hot and frozen items in general), ice-creams, sanduichs, among others.
STATEMENT
(UNDER ARTICLE 19.1)
By requiring some amendments to the Claims submitted in the request for Utility Model registered under Nr. 790.0528-4 (PCT/BR00/00058), herewith I woud explain that the dependent claim that I am adding now through this request hereof, will not change the technical/practical and physical unity of item herein, thus not featuring any additional matter, as it only concerns constructive variants to main model "Practical Packing for Pizza". The claims 1 and 2 were replaced by amended claims bearing the same numbers. These amendments consist only in clearness of the language and correction some typewriting errors.
