Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de communication à stations multiples utilisant des satellites. D'après ce procédé, on effectue dans les stations d'abonnés une modulation des informations à grande vitesse et à vitesse réduite de codes de pseudo-bruit qui sont différents mais en phase les uns avec les autres, et qui modulent les porteuses. On émet les paquets d'informations ainsi obtenus et comportant des préambules aux répéteurs satellites où ils sont reçus, on estime les écarts en ce qui concerne le retard des codes et les fréquences des porteuses, on mémorise ces écarts et la partie information des paquets, puis on forme de nouveaux paquets que l'on retransmet en même temps qu'un signal de synchronisation vers les stations d'abonnés correspondantes et les répéteurs satellites voisins où les informations reçues sont séparées. En fonction des écarts reçus, on effectue un ajustement automatique des émetteurs à ajustement automatique proprement dits, et on ajuste la capacité de transmission des différents canaux de transmission à grande vitesse (vitesse réduite) en effectuant une variation à l'aide des paramètres de compression de codes et de temps. On synchronise ensuite les récepteurs et les émetteurs à ajustement automatique dans les stations d'abonnés et dans les répéteurs satellites voisins par les lignes de transmission à vitesse réduite et, enfin, on assure également la transmission des informations à grande vitesse (vitesse réduite) par le biais de répéteurs transparents embarqués.
