Abstract

Cette invention concerne un actionneur thermo-acoustique qui comprend un moteur électrodynamique linéaire comportant des bornes électriques et une partie mobile, un boîtier de suspension de l'actionneur, un piston et, enfin, un dispositif augmentant la rigidité permettant d'augmenter la fréquence de résonance mécanique du moteur électrodynamique sans réduire la course du piston. L'augmentation de la rigidité se fait en utilisant des structures de ressorts de suspension spécialement optimisées et/ou en associant un ou plusieurs inducteurs électriques aux bornes électriques de l'actionneur. L'augmentation de la rigidité par des ressorts mécaniques permet d'incorporer une ou plusieurs structures en étoile de mer qui s'étendent entre le boîtier de suspension de l'actionneur et le piston, et qui sont fixées rigidement aux deux. Ces structures en étoile de mer comprennent des pattes radiales qui consistent en des ressorts à lames ou en des rayons de largeurs variables. La forme des rayons ainsi que la forme de la structure de ressorts dans son ensemble sont optimisées afin d'accroître la raideur en flexion ou en torsion, et de soulager la tension en arc dans les limites de la rentabilité. Dans un mode de réalisation, deux rayons modifiés, décalés et triangulaires (trapézoïdaux) sont connectés par l'intermédiaire d'une section médiane droite et forment un rayon en forme de noeud papillon.
