本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足, 采用先进的磁性技术和合理的机 械结构, 提供一种防撬保险性能优越的磁卡手铐。
本发明是采用以下结构实现的:
本发明的磁卡手铐由动环、 基环、 锁芯座、 开锁环、 保险杆、 双棘爪、 双片簧和链条构成, 动环和基环由中轴连接, 锁芯座中间有二个相对应的磁 销, 锁芯座外圈有开锁环, 开锁环上有两个齿, 分别与双棘爪和保险杆相接 合, 保险杆与双片簧相配合, 保险杆端部有保险推杆, 由双片簧压住双棘爪。
本发明磁卡钥匙未插入前, 二磁销相吸, 锁芯座与幵锁环处于 "离" 的 状态; 当磁卡钥匙插入后, 二磁销相斥, 锁芯座与幵锁环处于 "合" 的状态。 当钥匙顺时针转动时, 推开保险杆启锁, 当钥匙逆时针转动时, 锁芯座复原, 保险杆不动。 磁卡钥匙插入不正确或用其他异物插入, 锁芯自由转动不能开 锁。

Claims

1.一种磁卡手铐, 包括动环(10)、 基环(11) 、锁芯座(2)和链条(14), 动环 (10) 与基环 (11) 由中轴 (7) 连接, 其特征在于, 锁芯座 (2) 中间 有二个相对应的磁销 (3) , 锁芯座 (2) 外圈有开锁环 (4) , 开锁环 (4) 上还有两个齿 (5) 、 (6) 分别与双棘爪 (9) 、 保险杆 (8) 相接合, 保险 杆 (8) 与双片簧 (12) 相配合, 保险杆 (8) 端部有保险推杆 (13) , 由双 片簧 (12) 压住双棘爪 (9) 。
