Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un fragment isolé d'acide nucléique codant une isoenzyme LPAAT (acide lysophonsphatidique acyltransférase). L'invention concerne également la construction d'un gène chimère codant tout ou partie de l'isoenzyme LPAAT selon une orientation « sens » ou anti-sens, l'expression du gène chimère donnant lieu à des modifications de la concentration d'isoenzyme LPAAT dans une cellule hôte transformée.
