Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle protéine kinase appelée SMAK et apparentée à la famille de Ste20 ainsi que des méthodes de préparation et d'utilisation de cette protéine kinase. L'invention concerne également des acides nucléiques codant pour SMAK ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation de ces acides nucléiques pour la préparation de SMAK et pour la préparation et l'identification d'analogues de SMAK.
