Abstract

Ziel ist ein Schallgenerator für die Interferenzauslöschung mittels Antischall und die Wiedergabe von Signalen, Sprache und Musik. Die Schallerzeugung erfolgt bevorzugt durch mikro- und nanomechanische Luftpumpen (12). Deren Förderstrom wird durch den Antrieb (16) dem geforderten Schallsignal entsprechend gesteuert und tritt über einen Schallkanal (11) aus; der komplementäre Kanal (11') wirkt auf ein abgeschlossenes Puffervolumen (15). Wie bei konventionellen Lautsprecherboxen hat das Puffervolumen (15) die Funktion, aus dem uneffektiven Zweipol von Schallkanal (11) und Kanal (11') einen akustischen Monopolstrahler zu machen. Bei Luftpumpen (12) mit hohen Druckverhältnissen wird das notwendige Puffervolumen entsprechend klein. Mittels eines mikromechanischen Durchflußmessers (18) wird der schallerzeugende Volumenstrom im Schallkanal (11) gemessen und kann nach einem Soll/Ist-Vergleich nachgeregelt werden. Schliesslich bewirkt eine Bohrung (19) mit großem Strömungswiderstand im Puffervolumen (15) einen Ausgleich von Luftdruckschwankungen und Driftfehlern.
