Abstract

On décrit des séquences d'ADN codant des protéines interagissant avec le cycle cellulaire ainsi que des procédés d'obtention de ces dernières; des vecteurs comprenant lesdites séquences d'ADN, celles-ci étant de préférence liées de manière fonctionnelle à des éléments régulateurs permettant l'expression dans des cellules hôtes procaryotes et/ou eucaryotes; des protéines codées par lesdites séquences d'ADN, des anticorps dirigés contre lesdites protéines et des procédés de production associés; un procédé permettant de réguler ou d'altérer les caractéristiques de croissance d'une plante et/ou d'une cellule de plante qui consiste à introduire et/ou à exprimer une ou plusieurs protéines de régulation du cycle cellulaire en oeuvre dans une plante ou dans des parties de plante et/ou une ou plusieurs séquences d'ADN codant lesdites protéines; des séquences de régulation qui commandent l'expression des protéines interagissant avec le cycle cellulaire décrites ci-avant; des procédés d'identification de composés capables d'activer ou d'inhiber le cycle cellulaire; des compositions de diagnostic comprenant les séquences d'ADN, les séquences de régulation, les protéines, les anticorps, les inhibiteurs et les activateurs décrits ci-avant; des cellules de plante transgénique, des tissus de plante et des plantes contenant les séquences d'ADN et les vecteurs décrits ci-avant ainsi que l'utilisation des séquences d'ADN, des vecteurs, des protéines, des séquences de régulation, des anticorps et/ou des composés identifiés par le procédé de l'invention dans des cellules de plante et des cultures de tissus, pour l'amélioration des plantes et/ou en agriculture.
