Abstract

Cette désosseuse (10) est conçue pour désosser des cuisses de poulet. Un bras de serrage (58) se termine par une formation en étrier (64) destinée à recevoir l'articulation côté hanche (72) de la cuisse (74). Une plaque de retenue aérienne (68) peut pivoter entre une position de libération, dans laquelle elle est surélevée, et une position de rétention, dans laquelle elle est abaissée et serre l'articulation et la maintient en position. Une paire de plaques de décollement (46 et 52) à mouvement de va-et-vient et se terminant par des lames à encoche (47 et 54) sont mobiles entre une position escamotée et une position déployée dans laquelle elles encerclent étroitement le fémur de la cuisse du poulet. Les lames de décollement sont commandées pneumatiquement au moyen d'une première paire d'actionneurs pneumatiques, une seconde paire d'actionneurs pneumatiques étant utilisée pour entraîner les lames de décollement, à l'état déployé, vers le bas, afin de provoquer le décollement de la chair à partir de l'os de la cuisse. Cette désosseuse est entièrement commandée au moyen d'une unité de commande pneumatique mettant en oeuvre une logique pneumatique, par l'intermédiaire de plusieurs soupapes et commutateurs pneumatiques.
