随着科技的迅猛发展, 世界已经进入了一个数据通信的信息时代。 数据网中 最著名的是遍布全球的互联网, 它是美国 1968 年着手建立的, 被认为是信息高 速公路的先导。 现在已有许多国家和地区加入了国际互联网。 我国已有若干条国 际出口与世界上最大的国际网- -国际互联网相连, 用户终端数正在迅速增加。
为了使信息可以在国际互联网上正确传输到目的地, 连接到国际互联网的每 台计算机必须拥有一个唯一的地址。 目前国际、 国内对于地址的编制方法有三 种: 一种是 " IP地址" , 由小数点分隔的四段数字构成; 另一种是 "域名" , 由 小数点分隔开的一般不超过五组的字符串(子域)组成; 再一种是 "中国域名体 系" , 由小数点和斜线分隔三级域名组成。 上述地址编制方法虽然赋予每台上网 的计算机以唯一的地址, 但是存在的缺点是编制复杂, 不统一, 而且难以记忆, 输入困难。 发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述上网计算机地址编制方法的缺点, 而提出的一 种简便、 易记、 既可采用计算机键盘输入、 又可采用电话按键输入的访问电子信 箱和浏览国际互联网的全数字编码方法。
实现本发明的技术方案是: 采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于: 由入网号码、 电话号码、 分类号码组合的全数字编码地址构成, 所 述的入网号码为国家和地区规定的所建网站的数字编号, 所述的电话号码包括用 户所在国的国际长途直拨电话代码、 所在地区的国内长途直拨电话地区区号以及 用户的单位或个人的电话号码组合, 所述分类号码为国家或地区对统一划分的业 务类别分别所冠的数字号码。
一种采用上述方法编制的地址访问电子信箱和浏览国际互联网的方法, 其特 征在于: 采用按键拨号电话拨通或计算机键盘输入其计算机调制解调器, 并链人 相应的数字码, 通过专用软件的转换, 便可访问电子信箱或浏览国际互联网。
所述的全数字编码地址可以通过专用翻译软件翻译成 IP地址或域名或中国 域名体系, 并且使每个地址对应一个已有的 IP地址或域名或中国域名体系。
由于本发明采用了以上的技术方案, 使访问电子信箱和浏览国际互联网变得 简单, 而且便于记忆、 管理, 分配地址不会重复。 实施发明的较佳方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的优点、 特征。
一种采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 由入网号码、 电话号 码、 分类号码组合的全数字编码地址构成。 所述的入网号码为国家和地区规定的 所建网站的数字编号,例如中国上海的"上海热线",其入网号码规定是 " 8888 "。 所述的电话号码包括用户所在国的国际长途直拨电话代码、 所在地区的国内长途 直拨电话地区区号以及用户的单位或个人的电话号码的组合, 例如电话号码是 " 008602162572047 " , 其中: " 0086 " 是中国的国际长途电话代码、 " 021 " 是国内长途电话上海地区的区号、 " 62572047 " 是用户的电话号码, 这三部分 组合为编码中的 "电话号码" 部分, 这是本编码方法的关键, 简单、 易记, 永远 没有重复。 分类号码为国家或地区对统一划分的业务类别分别所冠的数字号码, 这部分数字号码可以根据用户所在国或地区或网站的规定制定, 可以只规定到大 类, 也可规定到小类。 因为并不是所有的访问都要用到小类, 因此一般情况下只 规定到大类, 当规定到大类时, 可通过选项的方式在分类号码后引导小类数字号 码。 在使用中, 如有的客户希望对自己的地址加密, 还可在入网号码后或电话号 码后引导保密数字号码, 保密数字号码可由客户自己提出并经地址编制单位登 记。 使用时只要采用电话拨号或计算机键盘连续输人正确的所有数字编号, 连通 后便可上网, 使用方便、 快捷。
考虑到很多人上网的目的是为了收发电子邮件, 甚至只申请了 Email工作方 式, 因此用户在申请 Internet帐号时, Internet服务商要为用户设立一个邮箱, 邮 箱的名字一般以用户名、 邮件服务器和 "@ "三部分组成, 一般也是采用字符串 来表示。 为便于统一输入, 电子邮件邮箱的地址也可采用全数字编码的方式, 由 用户名数字号码和该邮箱所在的邮件服务器的域名的数字号码组成。
用上述编码方法访问电子信箱和浏览国际互联网时, 采用按键拨号电话拨通 或计算机键盘输入其计算机调制解调器, 并链入相应的数字码, 通过专用的软件 转换, 便可访问电子信箱或浏览国际互联网。 为使全世界通用, 必须建立一个能 将本发明数字地址与现有因特网的域名和 IP地址相对应的转换器,该转换器由翻 译软件构成。只要指定一个全数字编码的地址就能转换成对应的 IP地址或域名或 中国域名体系,并且使每个全数字编码地址对应一个已有的 IP地址或域名或中国 域名体系。 由于计算机只能识别 IP地址, 因此本发明在使用中除了必须建立一个 转换器把全数字编码地址转换为世界通用的域名和 IP地址外,还必须指定一个服 务器把本发明数字地址翻译成 IP地址, 以使计算机能识别运行。
本发明适用于各种网络上网的用户地址的编制。 用户终端可采用 486以上型 号的计算机及与之适配的调制解调器 MODEM。 使用中除采用操作系统的软件 外, 还需要相应的拨号软件支持。
本发明的方法除可以给每个上网的计算机分配一个固定的静止地址外, 还可 给临时上网的计算机分配一个动态地址。
为方便用户使用本发明的数字地址, 本发明建立了一个辅助信息数据库, 将 本发明的全数字编码地址与已经建立的上网地址包括:域名、 IP地址和中国域名 体系等一一列出并相互对应, 加装在网站中, 使用时用户只要打开该数据库, 即 可查询到所需的上网地址, 便于用户选择输入方法上网。 亦可将该数据库的信息 编制成书件, 提供用户翻阅查询。

1、 一种采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于: 由入 网号码、 电话号码、 分类号码组合的全数字编码地址构成, 所述的入网号码为国 家和地区规定的所建网站的数字编号, 所述的电话号码包括用户所在国的国际长 途直拨电话代码、 所在地区的国内长途直拨电话地区区号以及用户的单位或个人 的电话号码的组合, 所述分类号码为国家或地区对统一划分的业务类别分别所冠 的数字号码。
2、 一种采用权利要求 1所述的方法编制的地址访问国际互联网的方法, 其 特征在于: 采用按键拨号电话拨通或计算机键盘输入其计算机调制解调器, 并链 入相应的数字码, 通过专用软件的转换, 便可访问电子信箱或浏览国际互联网。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于:所述的全数字编码地址可以通过专用翻译软件翻译成 IP地址或域名 或中国域名体系,并且使每个全数字编码地址对应一个已有的 IP地址或域名或中 国域名体系。
4 、 根据权利要求 1 所述的其采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方 法, 特征在于: 所述的全数字编码地址还可在分类号码后引导小类数字号码。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于: 所述的全数字编码地址还可在入网号码后或电话号码后引导保密数 字号码。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于: 本发明的方法除可以给每个上网的计算机分配一个固定的静止地址 外, 还可给临时上网的计算机分配一个动态地址。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的采用全数字码给上网的计算机分配地址的方法, 其特征在于: 所述编码方法还可用于分配电子邮件邮箱的地址, 由用户名数字号 码和该邮箱所在的邮件服务器的域名的数字号码组成。
