Abstract
La présente invention concerne des molécules d'acides nucléiques qui ont été isolées sous l'appellation de NEL (de l'anglais 'netrin-like', c'est-à-dire 'nétrinoïdes') et qui code des protéines totalement sécrétées présentant une homologie avec la nétrine. L'invention concerne également des molécules d'acides nucléiques qui ont été isolées sous l'appellation de HELP (de l'anglais 'homology to ependymin-like proteins', c'est-à-dire 'homologues de protéines épendyminoïdes'). Ces molécules d'acides nucléiques HELP codent des protéines totalement sécrétées présentant une homologie avec l'épendymine. L'invention concerne aussi des molécules d'acides nucléiques antisens, des vecteurs d'expression contenant les molécules d'acides nucléiques de l'invention, des cellules hôtes dans lesquelles ont été introduits les vecteurs d'expression, et des animaux transgéniques non humains chez qui une molécule d'acide nucléique de l'invention a été introduite ou ouverte. L'invention concerne en outre des polypeptides isolés, des polypeptides de fusion, des peptides antigéniques et des anticorps. L'invention concerne enfin des diagnostics, des criblages, et des thérapies utilisant les compositions de l'invention.
