Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides et de nouvelles protéines et molécules d'acide nucléique de CSAPTP (Cardiovascular System Associated Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase : protéine thyrosine phosphatase associée au système cardio-vasculaire). Outre des protéines CSAPTP isolées complètes, l'invention concerne des protéines de fusion et des peptides antigéniques CSAPTP ainsi que des anticorps anti-CSAPTP. L'invention concerne également des molécules d'acide nucléique CSAPTP, des vecteurs d'expression recombinants contenant une telle molécule d'acide nucléique, des cellules hôtes dans lesquelles les vecteurs d'expression ont été introduits et des animaux transgéniques dans lesquels un gène CSAPTP a été introduit ou disloqué. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes de diagnostic, de criblage et de traitement comprenant l'utilisation de ces compositions.
