Abstract

L'invention concerne un fragment d'un acide nucléique isolé codant pour une aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase. Cette invention concerne également la construction d'un gène chimère codant pour une partie ou pour la totalité de cette aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase, dans une orientation sens ou anti-sens, l'expression dudit gène chimère modifiant les niveaux de production de l'aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase dans une cellule hôte transformée.
