Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré et des outils de quantification de l'effet d'une influence sur une réponse cellulaire, et en particulier un procédé amélioré destiné à détecter une translocation ou une redistribution intercellulaire de polypeptides biologiquement actifs. L'invention concerne aussi plusieurs manières de mettre en contact les cellules avec une substance qui influence une réponse cellulaire et d'extraire une information quantitative se rapportant à la réponse, d'une façon hautement parallèle. Le procédé peut être utilisé en tant que procédure très efficace de test ou de découverte de l'influence d'une substance sur un processus physiologique à l'aide de techniques de tests parallèles à grands volumes commercialement disponibles, par exemple en relation avec le criblage de nouveaux médicaments, avec des tests de toxicité de substances, et avec l'identification de cibles de médicament pour des médicaments connus ou nouveaux.
