Abstract

Cette invention a trait à des compositions absorbant ou adsorbant le pétrole, utilisables pour lutter contre les déversements de pétrole sur terre et en mer. La composition selon l'invention renferme un produit solide absorbant ou adsorbant hydrophobe, particulaire, naturel ou de synthèse, de préférence de la mousse de tourbière séchée, mélangé à une quantité efficace de micro-organismes capables de digérer le pétrole, à des nutriments destinés à ces micro-organismes et à un polymère hydrosoluble.
