Abstract

Charnière de porte pour véhicule, dotée d'un dispositif d'immobilisation (17) de porte associé, qui comporte un corps de freinage et de retenue relié directement ou indirectement de façon à ne pas tourner à une moitié (1) de charnière et un boîtier (18) de support relié de façon à ne pas tourner à une autre moitié (2) de charnière, le corps de freinage et de retenue étant formé d'un corps d'engrènement (19) présentant une circonférence externe qui s'écarte de la forme circulaire pure et le boîtier (18) de support étant formé d'une partie creuse présentant pour sa part une circonférence interne marquant au moins une position de freinage ou de retenue. L'objet de la présente invention est la création d'une charnière de porte conçue sous forme de pièce au moins en partie séparée et préfabriquée pouvant être connectée à une charnière de porte de véhicule à moteur, et pour laquelle la pénétration de salissures dans le boîtier de support est exclue. A cet effet, le corps d'engrènement (19) est placé dans le prolongement axial d'une cheville (3) de charnière installée de façon à ne pas tourner dans la première moitié (1) de charnière, et le boîtier (18) de support est placé dans le prolongement axial de l'oeil (16) de charnière de l'autre moitié (2) de charnière. En outre, le boîtier (18) de retenue est doté d'une enveloppe (20) en matière plastique étanche aux liquides et recouvrant au moins sa longueur et sa face avant libre.
