Definitions
- the invention provides a sports equipment, in particular to a roller curler which can be used on a non-ice surface smooth field. It uses the rolling of the universal wheel installed on the side of the roller curler and the smooth ground to achieve the same motion effect as the curling.
- Kettle is a new sport on ice for the 1998 Winter Olympics. In addition to the sports function of the sport, this project also has the fun of games. Participating in this sport often can achieve the purpose of physical exercise, so it is more and more popular. Because this sport is on the ice, it is limited by the environment, area and season; that is, it cannot be carried out in general stadiums and amusement facilities, and it cannot be carried out like bowling regardless of season. exercise.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a roller curler, which is not restricted by the environment, the region and the seasons. Like a bowling ball, the sport can be carried out in general stadiums and amusement facilities.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a dry kettle which has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and easy manufacture.
- the invention is a roller-skating curler, which is composed of a kettle body and a kettle handle, and is characterized in that:
- the rolling mechanisms mentioned therein include:
- a jacket which is sheathed in a column hole on the bottom surface of the corpus callosum and closely fits the column hole;
- An inner sleeve the inner sleeve is inside the outer sleeve, and slides with the outer sleeve;
- a rotating shaft is provided with a bearing on the outer wall surface of the rotating shaft.
- the outer diameter of the bearing is the same as the inner diameter of the inner sleeve. The rotating shaft with the bearing is inserted into the inner sleeve;
- a spring is installed at the bottom of the jacket
- a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of each rotating shaft, and the supporting plate is provided with a rotating shaft which is detached from the center of the rotating shaft.
- the other rolling 3 ⁇ 4 includes:
- An inner sleeve which fits inside the column hole on the bottom surface of the pot body and fits tightly with the column hole;
- a rotating shaft is provided with a bearing on the outer wall surface of the rotating shaft.
- the outer diameter of the bearing is the same as the inner diameter of the inner sleeve.
- the shaft of the bearing is inserted into the inner sleeve;
- a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of each rotating shaft.
- the supporting plate is provided with a rotating shaft offset from the center of the rotating shaft.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a bottom view of a schematic structural diagram of the present invention
- FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a rolling mechanism according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a rolling mechanism according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a left side view of a rolling mechanism according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
- Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a rolling mechanism according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- the roller skate of the present invention is mainly composed of a handle 1, a body 2, a column hole 3 for inserting a rolling mechanism, and a jacket 4, a claw 5, and a spring 6 of the rolling mechanism.
- the bottom surface is evenly provided with column holes 3, and the column holes 3 can accommodate the rolling mechanism.
- the column holes 3 are uniformly distributed in a uniform circumferential direction.
- a jacket 4 with a rolling mechanism is embedded in the pillar hole 3 on the bottom surface of the kettle body 2.
- Embodiment 1 The jacket 4 is embedded in the pillar hole 3.
- the sleeve 7 is arranged in the outer sleeve 4, and the top inner surface of the outer sleeve 4 and the top outer surface of the inner sleeve are provided with claws 5 for installing a fixed spring 6.
- the spring 6 acts on the inner sleeve 7 and drives the runner 14 to level automatically on dry ground. , Smooth sliding; that is, the spring 6 can play the role of shock absorption and cushioning.
- the center of the inner sleeve 7 is a rotating shaft 10, and a bearing 9 is mounted on the rotating shaft 10.
- the bearing 9 is fixed with a card S8.
- the clamping ring 8 is fixed in a radial slot of the rotating shaft 10.
- the lower end of the rotating shaft 10 is fixedly connected with a bracket.
- An inverted U-shaped bracket 12 is fixedly connected to the plate 11 and the supporting plate 11.
- the bracket 12 is provided with a runner 14 through a wheel shaft 13.
- the surface of the runner 14 is circular 3 ⁇ 41, and is connected with the dry ground a little. Reduce the coefficient of rotation friction when changing directions.
- the uniformly distributed runners 14 minutes vertical gravity, so that the roller curler can enhance the rolling effect on dry ground. When the dry kettle hits each other for a moment, the runner 14 instantly changes direction and acts along it. Force track motion.
- the inner sleeve 7 of the cylindrical hole 3 on the bottom surface of the kettle body 2 may be straight.
- the reason is that it eliminates the jacket 4; the straight inner sleeve 7 is embedded in the column hole 3, and the outer sleeve 4 and the spring 6 are not used; this simple structure is suitable for dry land
- the surface is smooth and horizontal.
- the motion effect of the present invention on dry ground can be the same as the motion effect of the curling on the water, and the use method and rules are the same as those of the kettle.
- the invention has the advantages of simple structure and easy fabrication.
