Abstract

L'invention concerne la mise en évidence de l'implication du gène de la D-ribulose-5-phosphate-3-épimérase (RPE) dans les stades précoces de développement de cellules nourricières induites par les nématodes.

Claims

42REVENDICATIONS MODIFIEES[reçues par le Bureau international le 8 décembre 1999 (08.12.99); revendication originale 1 modifiée, autres revendications inchangées (1 page)]
1. Séquence nucléotidique correspondant à tout ou partie : a) d'une séquence choisie parmi SEQ ID N° 1 et SEQ LD N° 2, ou b) d'une séquence s'hybridant à la séquence selon a).
2. Séquence protéique correspondant à tout ou partie : a) d'une séquence choisie parmi SEQ ID N° 4 et SEQ LD N° 5, ou b) d'une séquence codée par une séquence telle que définie dans la revendication 1, ou c) d'une séquence dérivant d'une séquence selon a) ou b).
3. Vecteur d'expression cellulaire comprenant une séquence selon la revendication 1 placée sous le contrôle d'éléments nécessaires à son expression.
4. Vecteur selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la séquence est dans une orientation anti-sens.
5. Vecteur selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments comprennent une séquence nucléotidique correspondant à tout ou partie : a) de SEQ ID N° 3, b) d'une séquence s'hybridant à SEQ LD N° 3, ou c) d'une séquence présentant au moins 40 % d'identité et de préférence au moins 70 % d'identité avec a) ou b).
6. Vecteur d'expression cellulaire comprenant une séquence telle que définie dans la revendication 5, placée en amont d'une séquence d'ADN codant
