Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de l'industrie des aliments pour animaux, et concerne plus précisément la production d'aliments pour animaux de ferme et pour volailles à partir de matières premières végétales qui consistent notamment en de la tourbe, de la sciure de bois et de la drêche issue de la brasserie. Cette invention a pour but d'élaborer un procédé qui permet de simplifier les techniques de traitement des matières premières végétales, et d'obtenir un processus ininterrompu ainsi qu'un transfert régulier de matière première homogène vers l'étape de séchage, ceci de manière à accélérer le temps de séchage et à diminuer la consommation d'énergie. Ce procédé de préparation de nourriture pour animaux à partir des matières premières végétales susmentionnées consiste à sécher lesdites matières premières, à les broyer et à les trier. Avant l'étape de séchage, on effectue un tri desdites matières premières en les faisant passer à travers un gabarit perforé dont les ouvertures varient de 5 à 20 mm, et on les désagrège à l'aide de pales rotatives qui sont disposées de manière graduelle à proximité des parois internes d'un récipient. Les pales sont orientées selon un angle de 10 à 15° par rapport à l'horizontale. Chaque bord supérieur d'une pale inférieure est disposé à une distance de 5 à 10 mm au-dessus du bord inférieur de la pale supérieure.
