Abstract

L'invention concerne un système pour relier des images et générer un modèle anatomique 3D. Il est mis en oeuvre au moyen de trois modules. Un module sculpteur (115) est utilisé pour relier spatialement les images d'un patient. Les images sont générées par diverses techniques telles que celles basées sur l'optique ou les rayons X. Le module sculpteur permet à l'utilisateur d'identifier l'emplacement de différents points anatomiques dans chacune des images ainsi que de relier entre eux les différents points anatomiques dans un espace 3D et de relier ces points avec les images. Le module clinicien (125) utilise les points reliés pour modifier ou personnaliser un modèle stocké tel qu'un modèle anatomique standard 3D. Le modèle personnalisé ainsi crée correspond à un modèle 3D de l'anatomie du patient.
