Abstract

Composé répondant à la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe 2,3-dihydro-1H-indén-2-yle éventuellement substitué par un ou deux groupes méthoxy, R2 représente un groupe alkyle, et R3 représente soit un groupe alkyle, soit un groupe phényle éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes de fluor ou par un ou plusieurs groupes alkyles, méthoxy, méthoxyméthyle, cyano, carbamoyle, phényle, oxazolyle, imidazolyle, cycloalkyle, pyrimidinyle ou furanyle, soit un groupe cyclohexyle soit un groupe naphtyle, soit un groupe furanyle ou benzofuranyle, soit un groupe pyridinyle. Application en thérapeutique.
