本发明涉及一种携带补正片的色盲矫正眼镜。
背景技术
人类生活在五彩缤纷的世界上,色觉是人类获得信息的主要来源 之一, 然而, 世界上却有 5 %的人是色觉异常者, 俗称色盲。 色盲是 一种至今尚无法治疗的遗传性生理缺陷。 随着科学技术的发展, 限制 色觉异常者从事的专业越来越多。 因此, 色觉异常给色盲者的生活和 工作造成严重的痛苦和困扰。 中国发明专利 90110297.0 , 首次公开 了一种科学的色盲检查和处方的方法,提供了真正矫正色盲的矫正眼 镜, 其基本原理是, 因为色盲患者属于颜色码齐异常, 只要从外部改 变三种视锥细胞的刺激比例, 均可达到改变大脑皮层视区颜色码齐, 从而恢复辩色能力, 达到矫正色盲的目的。 该专利在中国、 日本、 韩 国等地实施中, 深受广大色盲患者的欢迎。 但是, 美中不足是, 该眼 镜的光透过率过低, 经色觉补正后的颜色远不如正常人观看颜色明 亮, 在光线不足的情况下难以使用, 由于矫枉过正, 造成颜色失真形 成色觉上另一差异。 另外, 由于色盲矫正眼镜反光太强, 使色觉异常 的隐私暴露无遗, 产生患者一种新的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的主要特征是,在普通的平光镜或者屈光不正矫正眼镜和 使用者瞳孔之间加入色觉补正片,该片形状和颜色与使用者的黑眼球 或者兰眼球相近, 而且使用时可以随时加色觉补正片。
附图概述
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型提供了两种具体技术方案, 分别 为附图一, 和附图三、 四所示。
图一, 是折叠式携带色觉补正片色盲矫正眼镜示意图;
图二, 是色觉补正器的示意图; 图三, 是插片式携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜示意图; 图四, 是另一种插片式携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜示意图; 图五, 是图三中的色觉补正插片;
图六, 是图四中的色觉补正插片。
本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体方案。
图一提供了一种折叠式携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜,它主要 由眼镜架 1和安装在眼镜框 11内的眼镜片 2组成, 其特征是, 在眼 镜腿 12上安装着可折叠的色觉补正器 3。
如图二所示,所说的色觉补正器 3,它的一端安有色觉补正片 5, 另一端通过小折页 4 , 而固定在眼镜腿 12上, 可通过色觉补正器 3 与小折页 4的连接进行伸缩调整,使色觉补正片 5放置在瞳孔前的适 当位置。 图二所示的色觉补正器除色觉补正片 5以外, 均是由无色透 明材料制作的。
所说的色觉补正片 5 ,是根据色盲矫正电脑检测仪检测结果和处 方, 在光学平面玻璃上镀制色觉补正膜, 为了降低反光率, 可以在色 觉补正片上蒸镀鉻膜, 色觉补正膜的大小, 形状和颜色与黑眼球或兰 眼球近似。
图三、 四提供了一种插片式携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其 特征是, 眼镜框 11上有插槽 6 , 可以插放色觉补正片 8或 7。
所说的色觉补正片 7和 8 , 其制作要求同上, 色觉补正片 7是条 形的, 配用于所示的眼镜; 色觉补正片 8是配用于图三所示的眼镜, 其形状与眼镜片 2相似。 色觉补正片上的色觉补正膜 71或 81,其制 作要求和大小、 形状、 颜色均与色觉补正片 5—样。
工业应用,
本发明实现了所要达到的目的, 其效果是很明显的。 首先, 本实 用新型的构思的科学依据是,视觉过程的稳定性说明, 双眼产生的颜 色视觉信息分别通过视交叉传输到大脑两側的外側膝状体, 经过解 码, 把调解出的三基色值向大脑层视区辐射, 而外側膝状体不论左右 眼揄入的信息, 均按最高亮度进行解码, 即单眼亮度与双眼亮度, 还 是一支眼亮度信息高于另一支眼,均取最高亮度,也就是说,在强光, 只有双眼戴墨镜时才会降低色觉亮度,单眼戴墨镜时不会降低色觉亮 度。 因此, 本实用新型提供了一种可能, 使用者可以根据光线的强弱 和视觉的需要, 或双眼补正色觉, 或单眼补正色觉, 当学习彩色或进 行有关彩色工作时, 就单眼补正色觉, 即只展开一条眼镜腿上的色觉 补正器, 或只插一片色觉补正片, 当只使用一支眼色觉补正时, 使用 者的色觉亮度正常, 解决了因使用色盲眼镜而降低色觉亮度的问题, 使色盲患者看到的是真彩色。
其次, 由于色觉补正片很小, 颜色近似黑眼球, 若蒸镀铬膜, 反 光现象减少, 因此在一定程度上减轻了色盲隐私的暴露,将会更受色 盲患者的欢迎。
第三, 本发明还有一个优点是, 色觉补正片是在光学平面玻璃上 镀膜, 加工简单了。 对于屈光不正的色盲患者, 只要对眼镜片 2进行 加工即可, 因此, 本实用新型创造所提供的眼镜, 可以使视觉和色觉 同时得到矫正。

Claims

1. 一种携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 主要由眼镜架( 1 ) , 眼镜框( 11 ), 安装在其内的眼镜片 ( 2 )以及眼镜腿( 12 )组成, 其特征在于, 该眼镜的眼镜腿( 12 )上安装着可折叠的色觉补正器
( 3 ) 。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特 征是, 所说的色觉补正片 ( 5 ), 是根据色盲矫正电脑检测仪检测结 果和处方, 在光学平面玻璃片上镀膜而成。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特 征是,所说的色觉补正片 ( 5 )的外表面镀有鉻膜, 降低反光的同时, 颜色与黑眼球类似。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特 征是,所说的色觉补正片 ( 5 ),形状和颜色与黑眼球或兰眼球近似。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特 征是, 色觉补正器( 3 )的一端安装色觉补正片 ( 5 ) , 另一端通过 与小折页 ( 4 )连接而固于眼镜腿( 12 )上, 调整色觉补正器( 3 ) 与小折页 ( 4 )连接, 使色觉补正片 ( 5 )位于瞳孔前方。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特征是, 色觉补正器( 3 )是由无色透明材料制作的。
7. 一种携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 主要是由眼镜架
( 1 ),眼镜框 ( 11 ),安装在其内的眼镜片 ( 2 )以及眼镜腿( 12 ) 组成, 其特征在于, 眼镜框( 11 )上有插片槽( 6 ) , 插入色觉补 正片 ( 7 )或( 8 ) 。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的携带色觉补正片的色盲矫正眼镜, 其特 征是, 所说的色觉补正片 ( 7 )或( 8 ) , 是根据色盲矫正电脑检测 仪检测结果和处方, 在形状大小与眼镜框上的插槽( 6 )相配合的光 学平面玻璃( 7 )或( 8 )上, 蒸镀色觉补正膜( 71 )或( 81 ) , 该色觉补正膜的形状和颜色, 与使用者的黑眼球或兰眼球近似, 其位 置在瞳孔前。
