Abstract

Packaging for at least two tablet shaped objects, especially detergent or cleansing agent tablets, in the form of a closed foil bag. The aim of the invention is to improve said packaging in as simple a manner possible in order to prevent several tablets in the same packaging from being damaged while at the same time allowing for all tablets contained in said packaging to be removed in a single opening process. This is achieved by dividing the interior of the foil bag (1) into a number of areas (5, 6) corresponding to the amount of tablets (4) that are to be accommodated. Each area is separated from by a seam (7, 7', 7'') which prevents the adjacent tablets (4) from coming into contact with each other. The seam (7, 7', 7'') extends between the accommodating areas (5, 6) at certain points only, whereby a seamless zone (8, 8', 8'') is created. A tear-off line (9, 9', 9'') is also provided, touching all of the accommodating areas (5, 6) along the seamless zones (8, 8', 8'') when torn.

The invention relates to a packaging for at least two tablet-shaped objects, in particular washing and / or cleaning agent tablets, from a closed film bag.

Detergent and / or dishwashing detergent in tablet form are usually packaged in foil bags, preferably individually, and are then placed in a transport container. With certain detergents and / or dishwashing detergents, however, it is sometimes the case that not only one tablet is required for the appropriate dosage, but several, so that it is necessary for the user to open the corresponding number of bags and remove the tablet. On the one hand, this leads to an increased demand for film and film waste, and on the other hand, there is another significant disadvantage that incorrect dosing can easily occur if the user does not use the number of tablets required in each case.

In principle, generic packaging for two or more such tablets is also contained in a foil bag, e.g. a so-called "flow pack" known. For example, generic packaging is described in DE-GM 295 09 593. With such a packaging, however, the problem arises that neighboring tablets rub against each other due to the relatively narrow film wrap, which can result in breakage, edge breakage and abrasion.

In the case of bags, it is generally known to divide the inside of the bag into different, separate receiving areas by providing separating seams. From CH-PS 511 157 a bag for food or luxury goods in pourable form is known, the two has separate receiving areas. To open this packaging, it is first necessary to tear open one receiving area of the bag along a first notch or the like, while the other receiving area then remains closed. To open the other receiving area, it is necessary to tear it open along another notch. A metering aid is therefore not available with such a packaging bag. Further solutions for receiving bags with partially separated areas are known from US-PS-4,674,128, US-PS-4,362,241 and DE-PS 39 00 702.

The object of the invention is to improve a generic packaging with as little effort as possible so that damage to several tablets in one package is avoided, but at the same time all the tablets contained therein can be removed with a single opening operation when the package is opened.

This object is achieved according to the invention with a packaging of the type mentioned at the outset in that the interior of the film bag is divided into corresponding receiving areas in the number of tablets to be picked up, which are separated from one another by at least one dividing seam to prevent the contact of adjacent tablets, the respective dividing seam extends between the respective receiving areas in each case only in regions with the formation of an area free of seams and a tear line is provided along the areas without seams that detects all the receiving areas upon tearing.

There is thus a single packaging for several tablets, in which the individual tablets cannot touch, however, so that breakage, edge breakage and abrasion can be reliably avoided. At the same time it is reliably ensured that when the film bag is torn open once all receiving areas and thus all tablets are exposed and can be removed or dropped out at the same time, so that the required dosage, ie all tablets in the packaging, is directly available. Incorrect dosing is reliably avoided.

If a packaging made of a film bag is used, which is closed on both sides with a transverse seam and in the longitudinal direction with a longitudinal seam, it is particularly advantageously provided that the tear line is arranged parallel to the longitudinal seam. The opening to open the packaging is then particularly easy to handle along the entire packaging, so that it is ensured with particular certainty that all receiving areas are opened in the simplest way. The tear line can be formed by means of perforation, as a tear strip or the like.

In this design, a first variant advantageously provides that the respective separating seam is arranged parallel to the transverse seams (fins).

It can advantageously also be provided that two separating seams are provided between two receiving regions, which are interrupted in the central region (region without a seam), which is then traversed in the transverse direction by the tear line.

In a further advantageous alternative embodiment it is provided that four separating seams are provided in the area between two receiving areas, which are arranged in pairs mirror-symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the film bag and each pair form the end areas of a non-closed V-shape. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. This shows in:

A packaging for two tablet-shaped objects, in particular laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent tablets, is shown in the figures. This packaging consists of a so-called double "flow pack" film bag 1, which is formed from a film tube that is closed on both sides with transverse seams 2, so-called fins, and in the longitudinal direction with a longitudinal seam 3. The interior of the film bag 1, since it is intended to hold two tablets 4, is divided according to the invention into two receiving areas 5, 6, the separation of the two receiving areas 5, 6 being different in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, two partial seams 7 are provided, which are arranged parallel to the transverse seams 2. In the central region between the two separating seams 7, a region 8 free of separating seams is formed, which is penetrated by the longitudinal seam 3.

This separation into two receiving areas 5, 6 ensures that the two adjacent tablets 4 are not in contact with one another, so that they cannot touch and mechanical stress can be reliably avoided.

On the other hand, since the two separating seams 7 are only partially formed, it can be reliably ensured that the entire film bag 1 is opened when torn and that both receiving areas 5, 6 are accessible so that the tablets 4 can be removed. For this purpose, a tear line 9 is provided parallel to the longitudinal seam 3, which can be designed, for example, as a perforation, as a tear strip or the like, and obviously extends along the area 8 free from the separating seams 7. The fact that when opening both tablets 4 are released from the packaging, a correct dosage is inevitable if two tablets are required for dosing the product in question.

An alternative embodiment is shown in FIG. 2, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 being used if the same parts are affected. In contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, only one separating seam T is provided, which is arranged on the edge side, so that the separating seam-free region 8 ¹ is present on the other edge region. Accordingly, in contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the longitudinal seam 3 'is not arranged in the center but rather off-center with a correspondingly assigned tear line 9', this thus also extends in the area 8 'without separation seams, so that again a complete opening of the packaging by tearing along the tear line 9 'when both tablets 4 are released from the two receiving areas 5, 6 is ensured.

A further embodiment is shown in FIG. 3, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 again being used, provided the same parts are affected. In contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the separating seams denoted here by 7 "are not arranged parallel to the transverse seams 2, but rather are in the area between the two receiving areas 5, 6 four separating seams 7 "are provided, which are arranged in pairs mirror-symmetrically to the longitudinal seam 3 of the film bag 1 and each form the end regions of a non-closed V-shape in pairs. Reliable spatial separation of the two tablets 4 is also ensured in this embodiment, on the other hand the separating seam-free region 8 "sufficiently large to ensure that when the film bag 1 is torn along the tear line 9" both tablets 4 are released.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown. Further configurations are possible without leaving the basic idea. Thus, the design of the separating seams 7 or 7 ', 7 "can also be selected differently, a different type of design of the separating seams 7, 7', 7" can also be provided per se, i.e. Instead of a welded connection, adhesive connections or the like can also be used if this is desirable or expedient in the individual case.

Claims:

1. Packaging for at least two tablet-shaped objects, in particular washing and / or cleaning agent tablets, from a closed film bag, characterized in that the interior of the film bag (1) in the number of tablets (4) to be divided into corresponding receiving areas (5,6) which are separated from each other by at least one separating seam (7, 7 ', 7 ") to prevent contact between adjacent tablets (4), the respective separating seam (7,7', 7") being located between the respective receiving areas (5 , 6) extends only in some areas to form a region (8, 8 ', 8 ") without a seam, and a tear line (9,9', 9") which detects all the receiving regions (5,6) during the tearing along the regions (8, 8, 8 ', 8 ") is provided.
