Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (20) de communication sur un réseau (22) annulaire à multiplexage par répartition en longueur d'onde optique utilisant des noeuds (26) terminaux et un noeud (24) de tête de réseau. Chaque noeud terminal comporte un sous-système (30) de communication destiné à recevoir et à émettre des signaux sur une longueur d'onde donnée, un sous-système (34) tributaire permettant à une pluralité de dispositifs de communiquer sur le réseau, et un sous-système (32) de multiplexage destiné à acheminer les signaux entre les dispositifs et le réseau annulaire. Le noeud de tête de réseau comprend un démultiplexeur (72) destiné à isoler les signaux reçus des terminaux, un module d'interconnexion intégré (58) servant à déterminer les longueurs d'onde de sortie sur lesquelles transmettre les signaux reçus, et un multiplexeur (70) servant à combiner les signaux reçus en vue de leur transmission sur le réseau.
