Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dérivation électrosoudable. Le dispositif comprend un corps inférieur (2) destiné à être fixé sur une canalisation (6) sur laquelle on souhaite effecteur une dérivation, ledit corps inférieur (2) ayant une forme générale de demi-cylindre pour s'adapter sur la canalisation (6) et un corps supérieur (3) comportant un prolongement radial en forme de manchon (8) servant au passage d'un moyen de perforation (14) de la canalisation (6) et une conduite de dérivation (10); ledit corps inférieur (2) et ledit corps supérieur (3) étant en contact par leurs bases respectives (11, 12), le corps supérieur (3) étant mobile en rotation de 360° par rapport au corps inférieur (2). Le corps inférieur (2) et le corps supérieur (3) comportent un système de clipsage (17) qui permet la fixation du corps supérieur (3) par rapport au corps inférieur (2) et ce, avant l'assemblage par soudage du corps inférieur (2) et du corps supérieur (3) sur la canalisation. Application à la dérivation de conduites en matière thermoplastique soudable à chaud.
