  • the upper end of the cylinder 37 is fixed to the main platform 1 1 and its lower end is connected to a pin 38 which contacts the internal surface of the ramp 28 for limiting the height of the platform 1 1 when the rams 21 extends to raise the platform 1 1 .
  • a return ram 30 is used to return the adjuster ram 25 and ramps 28 to the starting position.
  • the height limiting means is held in place by a gear rack 31 on top of the adjustment ramps 28 and the bottom of alignment brackets 32.

Abstract

Ensemble plate-forme d'accès conçu pour un quai de gare (15) et permettant à des personnes assises dans des fauteuils roulants d'entrer ou de sortir sans difficultés du wagon de chemin de fer ou d'un autre véhicule sans aide extérieure. Cet ensemble comprend une plate-forme principale (11) accouplée articulée à une rampe (12). Cette plate-forme (11) est mobile entre une position élevée dans laquelle le fauteuil roulant peut se déplacer entre le wagon et le quai (15) et une position abaissée dans laquelle la rampe (12) et la plate-forme (11) se trouvent au même niveau que la surface supérieure du quai (15). Cet ensemble comporte un mécanisme de réglage de hauteur servant à déterminer la hauteur que doit atteindre la plate-forme (11), ce qui permet d'effectuer une adaptation automatique des variations de hauteur entre le niveau du plancher de différents wagons et la surface supérieure du quai (15).
