Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la fabrication des pompes et notamment à des pompes hydrauliques à diaphragme servant principalement à pomper des liquides dans des puits de forage profonds. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans l'industrie minière, en agriculture ainsi que dans d'autres branches de l'industrie liées à l'exploitation des ressources naturelles. Cette invention permet d'améliorer la fiabilité ainsi que la simplicité du montage et du démontage de la pompe dans un puits de forage. A cette fin, l'entraînement hydraulique et le pompage du liquide se font à travers une même conduite. Cette invention concerne essentiellement une pompe hydraulique à diaphragme comprenant un générateur hydraulique d'impulsions (1) et une partie immergée (3) qui sont connectés par une conduite (4). La partie immergée (3) de la pompe se divise en une chambre de refoulement (8), en une chambre intermédiaire (9) et en une chambre d'aspiration (13) qui sont connectées en série entre elles et avec le milieu environnant par l'intermédiaire de clapets anti-retour (10, 12, 15). Des diaphragmes élastiques (11, 14) sont montés entre la chambre de refoulement et la chambre d'aspiration ainsi qu'entre la chambre intermédiaire et le milieu environnant de manière à transmettre la pression entre lesdites chambres. Le générateur hydraulique d'impulsions est en outre capable d'interrompre périodiquement l'étanchéité de la chambre de refoulement.
