Abstract
The invention relates to a piston built in three parts, in which the base and shaft are connected only by means of the piston pin in the manner of a pivoted piston. The aim of the invention is to avoid a complicated shape of the shaft and upper part. To this end the shaft has at its upper end a guide element for the piston base at least in the direction of pressure and counterpressure.
Description
Dreiteiliger gebauter Kolben Three-part piston
Die Erfindung betrifft einen dreiteiligen Kolben nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Ein derartiger Kolben ist aus der DE-OS 196 03 589 bekannt. Dieser Kolben ist der Bauart nach ein Gelenkkolben.The invention relates to a three-part piston according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a piston is known from DE-OS 196 03 589. Die Nachteile des in der DE-OS 196 03 589 beschriebenen Kolbens sind darin zu sehen, daß Schaft und Oberteil eine relativ komplizierte Formgebung aufweisen müssen, um die Kippbewegungen, die vom Kolbenbolzen auf das Oberteil wirken, abzufangen.The disadvantages of the piston described in DE-OS 196 03 589 can be seen in the fact that the shaft and upper part must have a relatively complicated shape in order to absorb the tilting movements which act on the upper part from the piston pin.
Ein weiterer Nachteil ist darin zu sehen, daß zwar bis zu Durchmessern von ca. 200 mm Werkzeugmaschinen zum Erzeugen komplizierter Kolbenformen verfügbar sind, oberhalb dieses Durchmesserbereichs jedoch noch keine Serien-Bearbeitungsmaschinen für z. Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich daher mit dem Problem, bei dem gattungsgemäßen Kolben eine aufwendige Formgebung des Kopf- sowie des Schaftteils zu vermeiden.
Dieses Problem wird gelöst durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Durch die Führung des Kolbenbodens im Schaftteil kann auf eine komplizierte Formgebung beider Teile verzichtet werden. Im Vergleich mit konventionellen gebauten Kolben ergibt sich neben einer erhöhten Nabenbelastbarkeit der Vorteil, daß - in Kombination mit einem Aluminium-Schaft - ein geschmiedetes Unterteil verwendet werden kann, das erheblich kleiner ist als ein konventionelles Aluminium-Unterteil. Dies ist insofern von Vorteil, als ein kleineres Unterteil leichter durch Schmieden herstellbar ist.By guiding the piston head in the shaft part, a complicated shaping of both parts can be dispensed with. Claims
1. Dreiteiliger gebauter Kolben (1) mit einem Kolbenboden aus geschmiedetem Stahl (2) und einem Unterteil (3) mit Unterteilboden, Naben und Nabenabstützung aus einem Eisenwerkstoff, das mit dem Kolbenboden (2) mittels Schrauben (5) verbunden ist und mit einem Schaft (4) aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff, der mit dem Unterteil (3) nach Art eines Gelenkkolbens durch einen Kolbenbolzen verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichne , daß der Schaft (4) an seinem oberen Ende zumindest in Druck-Gegendruck-Richtung eine Führung für den Kolbenboden (2) aufweist.1.
