Abstract

L'invention concerne des machines à découper des ouvertures dans une section de cellule, qui comprennent un portique (1) pouvant être déplacé en enfilade autour d'une ébauche (6) ouverte, lesdites machines à découper (4) étant montées sur le portique (1). Chaque machine à découper (4) comprend une plate-forme (8) rattachée au portique (1) par trois paires de pieds (9) eux-mêmes reliés à la plate-forme par trois joints universels, les deux pieds de chaque paire étant retenus ensemble au niveau d'un joint universel correspondant et fixés à leurs autres extrémités à des emplacements espacés d'une embase (10) du portique (1) par des moteur d'entraînement de pied (11) montés dans des joints universels. Ces moteurs servent à ajuster les pieds indépendamment les uns des autres, ce qui permet de déterminer avec précision la position et l'orientation de la plate-forme. Une tête de coupe (12) est montée sur l'autre côté de la plate-forme et la machine est entièrement contrôlée avec précision par un système informatique (3) qui contrôle également tous les éléments des machines à découper (4) ainsi que la position du portique.
