Abstract

Nachrichtenübertragungssystem zur Übertragung von Information von einer zentralen Stelle, z.B. einem Wählamt (1), zu einer peripheren Stelle, z.B. einem Teilnehmer-Endgerät (4), wobei die zentrale Stelle (1) über einen zentralen, bidirektionalen Analog/Digital-Wandler (5) und eine analoge Übertragungsleitung (11) mit einem zentralseitigen, bidirektionalen Analog/Digital-Wandler (7) verbunden ist, welcher zentralseitige, bidirektionale Analog/Digital-Wandler (7) an seinem korrespondierenden Ausgang bzw. Eingang über eine digitale Übertragungsstrecke und den Leitungsenden zugeordneten Schnittstellen mit einem peripherseitigen, bidirektionalen Analog/Digital-Wandler (8) verbunden ist, welcher ausgangs- bzw. eingangsseitig über eine weitere analoge Übertragungsleitung (30) mit der peripheren Stelle verbunden ist, wobei die Wandler-Kennlinie des zentralseitigen, bidirektionalen Analog/Digital-Wandlers (7) sowie des peripherseitigen, bidirektionalen Analog/Digital-Wandlers (8) linear ist, und die digitale Übertragungsstrecke durch eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Übertragungsstrecke (12, 21, 31) gebildet ist.
