Abstract
Tire pressure alarm is an unknown device that is put in the place of the nipples cap in any type of vehicle tire permitting that the driver knows through an alarm sound, if his tire is under security use or under 20 lbs. This device is made up of 8 parts in one piece, avoids the driver to stop only when the tire is under no more conditions to continue. It enables the driver to choose where he should and wants to stop, and avoids the driver to continue driving without knowing that he, the passengers and the tire are in danger.
Description
"DESCRIPTION REPORT"
"TIRE PRESSURE ALARM", or particularly known as a one whole piece device, put in the place of a nipple of the inner tube of any vehicle in the world and doesn't matter what vehicle, a motorcycle or an automobile, permitting the driver through a whistle sound which is made by the device with the remaining air (remaining air blows the whistle), to know that the tire is under security use, or under 20 lbs. For example, in a vehicle each tire has 28 lbs to 32 lbs., and each tire is equipped with the Tire Pressure Alarm, if any one of these tires has a flat or presents air escaping from the tire with or without an inner tube, when the tire hits 20 lbs automatically the alarm goes off. The driver must stop immediately, choose an appropriate place to stop, or a tire repair shop if it's close, avoiding a tire loss, or most important the driver and the passengers will not put their lives in danger with 10 lbs., to 12 lbs. thinking that the tire is under normal conditions mainly the cars that have hydraulic steering or when the front tire of a high speeding motorcycle gets flat and the person doesn't realize it. The tire can fold on the road or loose control of the handlebar . Under any of these circumstances he will turn-over and the consequences are sometimes deadly. The qualified people in this area have never known any sort of Tire Pressure Alarm in the world projected for the objective of offering life and tire security.
Now a days nobody ever thought that the Tire Pressure Alarm is just as important as the seat belt and air bag. Maybe more important, because the Tire Pressure Alarm avoids what could might occur as problems and terrible consequences through its alarm sound.
Therefore the objective of the invention is to foresee the driver and passengers life and also foresee the tires life. It is easily installed, simply remove the nipples' cap of the tire and connect the Tire Pressure Alarm in any type of vehicle in the world, because all the sistems are worldly alike.
To understand the device better, following is detailed descrption of the same, having as references the attached drawing where:
Figure 1- represents a vision of the device before put into use, it's filled with a 20 lbs piston.
Figure 2 - represents a vision of the device installed in the nipple.
Figure 3- represents a vision of the device under 20 lbs. Figure 4 - represents a vision of the external device so the cavity can be restored for the discharge of the air to the nipple, to the device.
Figure 5 - represents a vision of the device in disassembled parts. In agreement with the illustrations and details particulary figures 1 and 5, we wouldn't mention traditional, because in terms of Tire Pressure Alarm there's nothing stating its tradition, but the piece is manufactured or yet will be manufactured and projected in a plastice material using an adequate injection process and a spring which puts in action the device. The device is not injected in one piece, the Tire Pressure Alarm are several injected components that are carefully put together with the spring, which turns this security device a revolutionary preservation of life. The device is composed of 9 parts which is being presented to you in model. We won't mention measurements because it can be developed in 3 sizes. A size for motorcycles, another for automobiles and yet a large one for trucks, and even develop one for airplanes.
PIECE 1 - A sexangled screw-nut with screw- threads on both sides. One side is screwed on th tire nipple, the other side is screwed on the principal part of the device.
PIECE 2 - The principal part of the device, is a cylindrical piece, where inside runs a piston, a vertical cavilty for the air passage where the adjustment of the height of how many pounds will start the device. It is a detector which through the piston liberates the air for the alarm. An external screw nut to be screwed onto the sexangled piece or piece number 1 , another screw nut nn the nnnn«site «ϊde to he sr.rβ ød on niece 3.
PIECE 3- a cilinder which on one side inserts the whistle sound, and the other side an internal screw- thread to be screwed on piece 2, this piece is also external. PIECE 4 - Is a micro developed whistle, which is inserted in Piece 3.
PIECE 5 - It's a screw that is used to insert the piston in it's place inside the cilinder or piece 2, this screw is assembled in the device. When the consumer buys the product, after its connected to the tires' nipple the screw is carefully unscrewed and must be will kept for future use of the device. The screw is the piece that pushes the piston in its place to start to function. And the whistle is put in the piace of the screw which is piece 4.
PIECE 6 - A piece that goes in piece 1 which serves to liberate the valve which retains the air of the tire. When you screw the device on the nipple of the tire automatically it initiates unoperating the valve of the tire nipple.
PIECE 7 - Is a piston, that functions inside the cilinder or piece number 2. This piston is assembled with 4 pieces. Identifying the pieces we have: piece 1, is a metal sheet with holes that holds the spring so it can be stretched inside the cilinder piece 2; Piece 2 is a steel spring that is attached to piece 1; piece 3 is a support that is used to put the spring on the other side as well as a pressure retainer. A screw is also used on piece 5 and piece 4 a pressure retainer, which is utilized to retain or liberate the air from the tire to the device. All these pieces form the piston.
PIECE 8 - A cilinder which will be put on piece 2 so it can block the cavity so that the air doesn't escape, the cavity must exist, to make this cavity a hole is made in the cilinder piece 2.
PIECE 9 - A well done package for the product.
Claims
"CLAIM"
1) "TIRE PRESSURE ALARM", manufactured in a plastic material through an adequate process of characterized injection presented in a one only piece having a traditional screw-thread inside, which permits o5 the piece, or better, the device to be installed in any type of nippie of an inner tube offering an easy installment, and through the noise it permits the driver to hear it in any situation, screwing the device on the tube (1) a cilinder with a cavity that serves to run the piston inside lo and also let the air escape for the alarm and also to connect the support for the whistle (2) a support that serves to hold the whistle with a screw-thread to connect to the cilinder (3) a whistle that functions with the 20 lbs., of air left in the tire, (4) a screw that serves to hold
15 the piston in a detonation position, (5) a piece installed inside part 1 serves to let go the conventional nipple valve, a piston runs inside part 2 which serves to hold the pressure of 30 lbs., above or liberate a pressure of 20 lbs., below for the whistle to start, (7) a cilinder to avoid
2 that the air slips out of the cavity made in part 2, this air needs to remain inside the cilinder so that device 8 functions.
