Abstract
The system and the manner in which the device warning with light pulse of the possiblilty of an exchange of motion with impulse into irrotational motion, or a motion tending to brake, can be applied in all vehicles. The method consists in warning the participant in road traffic of psychosomatic activities within the scope of running with drive forward, running without drive, i.e., potential motion of the vehicle and relatively small braking force affecting the vehicle. The system is dependent on the type of a vehicle-participant in road traffic. It can be connected with the vehicle on a permanent basis or applied independently. The essence is connecting the driving medium with the braking and warning medium.

The safety of partycipants in car,motorcycle and other travels,on roads and highways,and particularly on considerably sloping roadways of hard to predict friction,e.g. during descending fogs,during rain,snowing and icing,is one of the socially indispensable things in the constantly growing automotive stream. There are various safety signals concerning automotive vehicles on the roads.Thanks,however,to warning signals that indicate e.g. a change in the direction of a roadway (of a lane),the number of car or motorcycle collisions tends to be smaller.These psychosomatic warnings (mostly light warnings) aire in ended,first of all, for- ther drivers.Possible collisions can be more gentle thanks to safety belts (DE-3928869), anks to appropriate designs (USA-4782909),airbags (USA-5022707) and many other safety devices. The common feature of these systems and designs is however their passivity while working.This system increases comfort of traveling supplementing also the necessary passivity with activity of a driver or drivers warned with light signals about the intention to make a reaction changing the speed and the qality of motion of a vehicle (when moving). Claims
1. Unique because immediatelly,with a light impulse informs about the ceasing of the force that drives a vehicle,
2. Unique because it introduces a safety for next vehicles thus increasing traffic safety on the more and more crowded roads and highways,
3. Unique because it supplements the passivity of the current sa fety means with necessary activity which is independent from the psychosomatic will of drivers,
4. Unique because it is not connected with a type of a vehicle, and it can be manufactured according to individual agreements and needs,
5. Unique because it will introduce braking force.
