• the present invention deals with a device applicable to a commercial product to control the origin of the product, and this as a guarantee to the consumer and to the producer.

The appendix 15 is to be cut away by the final consumer and retained by him before delivering the envelope in order to obviate the disadvantage of a possible loss of the envelope by the mail service.
